Bathroom DIY

A sudden trigger of doing renovation to my master bedroom toilet. Its been 12 years since I bought the house, so feels like its time for a facelift. Eventually start to ask quotation from few contractor for the renovation cost and design but non satisfied me. Either the price is way to high or the design is to simple for the price range.

So decided to do my own renovation ... DIY ...

So below is my capital investment for the renovation :-

1) Makita 3 in 1 hammer drill - RM560
2) Tile cutter - RM170
3) 10mm x 10mm square edge trowel - RM5.00
4) Water leveler - RM8.00

And below is my renovation cost

1) 1x2 ft. tile - RM480
2) 1x1 ft. tile - RM200
3) Sand , Cement , bricks - RM 140
4) ABS pipe , ABS adhesive , poly pipe , white tape - RM 250
5) Sink , toilet bowl - RM550
6) Pipe head , spray head , hose , sink head - RM180
7) Tile adhesive - RM50
8) Booster pump - RM380
9) Exhaust fan - RM120

11) Design - FOC ( since its my own )
